Kasia has been on her yoga path for 25 years, integrating decades of experience in yoga and movement with her studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is the creator of the Living Body technique, designed to support complete health by balancing mind and body. Kasia’s teaching offers tools to nurture wellbeing, increase body awareness, and bring harmony between movement, breath, and inner calm.
